Conditions of Acceptance

Upon acceptance of this application by United Properties Ottawa, and before occupancy, the Applicant(s) agree that there will arise a tenancy agreement in our standard Residential Rental Agreement. To document that agreement, the Applicant shall sign the Landlord's standard Residential Rental Agreement after acceptance. If after acceptance, the Applicant(s) forfeits their intention to occupy said premises, then United Properties Ottawa will seek to re-rent the unit and will credit the amount of the deposit to the Applicant(s) against any damages incurred as a result of the Applicant(s) termination of the agreement.

Special Conditions of Occupancy

No Water Beds Allowed. No motorcycles, Trailers, Campers, RV’s, commercial Trucks, Snowmobiles or Watercrafts are permitted to park on United Properties Ottawa Property or Parking Lots. Parking fees not included in base rent. Heat, Hydro and Water are included in Rent.

ALL RENTS TO BE PAID BY CHEQUE, MONEY ORDER OR PAD AGREEMENT- NO CASH ACCEPTED. (There will be an administrative fee of $45.00 for any cheque or PAD agreement returned for any reason from the tenant’s bank. All returned cheques must be replaced with a money order or certified cheque.)

IN CONNECTION WITH THE APPLICATION, APPLICANTS AGREE AND CONSENT TO A CREDIT, EMPLOYMENT, RENTAL, & CRIMINAL BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION.

IF THE APPLICANT(S) HAVE MADE ANY FALSE OR MISLEADING STATEMENTS IN THIS APPLICATION, UNITED PROPERTIES OTTAWA CAN REJECT THIS APPLICATION AND IF NECESSARY APPLY FOR TERMINATION OF TENANCY.

UNITED PROPERTIES OTTAWA DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY CO-SIGNERS OR GUARANTORS FOR ANY RENTAL AGREEMENT.
